Braves Win Against the Nationals

The Braves were able to pull off another win yesterday against the Nationals. We had Jair Jurrjens on the mound to start and he had a pretty decent outing going 4 innings giving up 2 runs on 3 hits and 2 walks. Not much to talk about the pitching as the bullpen didn’t allow a run and only gave up 3 hits and a walk.
On the offensive side, Jason Heyward got into the power action as he hit a solo home run in the 7th inning. Other noticeable good performances were Jordan Schafer (1-3 with a double, a run scored, and a stolen base), Omar Infante (2-3 with 2 runs scored), Brandon Jones (2-3 with 1 run scored, 2 RBIs, and a walk), and Freddie Freeman (2-3 with 2 RBIs).
Here are the Box Stats for the game.

Today the Braves will take on the Marlins with Star Prospect Tommy Hanson pitching.

Not to much going on, But I am keeping up with our Division

I know I haven’t been writing to much lately, but that is because of school. I probably won’t be blogging any during the next month, but I hope to get started again right before Spring Training comes around. Good thing that no big trades have been happening and the Yankees haven’t signed another big player. Once Manny and Dunn get signed, we will know who will be good and who will not. Anyways, I have been keeping up with the NL East. Here is all the signing, both Major League and Minor League.
